Who sells to you and charges you
Credit packs are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, United Kingdom, and Paddle.com Inc., USA), acting as merchant of record: Paddle processes the payment, applies and remits the VAT or equivalent tax of your country, issues the invoice and handles refunds. Alar LLC-FZ builds and operates the Airpic service. The charge shows on your statement as PADDLE.NET* AIRPIC.
Intellectual property
The Airpic brand, the site design, texts and software belong to Alar LLC-FZ. The images you upload and the results you download are yours. The AI models used are licensed under open-source licences compatible with commercial use (BSD, MIT and Apache 2.0).
Governing law
This site is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer-protection rules, you keep the rights those rules grant you, including bringing claims before the courts of your place of residence.
