Refund policy

Simple, because that is how trust is built:

• The process fails → no credit is used. No ticket needed.
• You're not happy with a result → write to us within 14 days with your code and the file name and we refund the credit for that image. AI isn't magic and sometimes a specific image doesn't come out as hoped.
• Unused pack → full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase (right of withdrawal). Partly used pack → the unused part is refunded.

Refunds are executed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. To request one, write to info@alaruae.com with the email on your Paddle receipt or the order number.
