Who we are

Airpic is a service of Alar LLC-FZ, licence no. 2537673.01, School Street 01, Damac The Distinction, unit 4502, Dubái, Emiratos Árabes Unidos, info@alaruae.com. By using airpic.app you accept these terms.

The service

Airpic upscales, cleans, colourises, compresses and cuts out images with artificial intelligence. Detail added by the AI is plausible and consistent, but it is not original optical information: always review the result before printing or publishing it. The service is in beta and may change.

Credits and prices

• Processing and viewing the preview is free. Downloading the full file uses one free download (three per month per user, standard images only) or one credit.
• Credits are bought in packs and delivered as a bearer code (0TK-…). Whoever holds the code holds the credits: keep it safe and don't share it. If you lose it, write to us with the email on your receipt and we'll recover it.
• Credits never expire. There are standard credits (×4 upscale and the other tools) and large-format credits (×8, ×16 and Max).
• Prices are shown with your country's VAT or equivalent tax included. The sale is made by Paddle as merchant of record, which issues the invoice. With a valid EU VAT number Paddle applies the reverse charge.
• If a job fails because of us, no credit is used.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you may withdraw from a pack purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, except for credits already used: by downloading a full file you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal for that credit. Your content

• The images you upload and the results are yours, including for commercial use. We take no licence over them beyond what is needed to process and deliver them.
• You warrant that you have the right to use the images you upload.
• Uploading illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, intimate images of people without their consent, or abusive content is prohibited. We will block access and cooperate with authorities where the law requires. To report illegal content: info@alaruae.com.

Fair use and API

There is a limit of jobs per hour per IP address. API access uses the same credit code as a credential; you are responsible for keeping it safe. We may throttle automated use that degrades the service for others.

Availability and liability

We provide the service with professional care but without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for printing costs or decisions made on an unreviewed result. Nothing above limits rights granted by the mandatory law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumers in the EU and the UK keep the protection of their national rules and may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence.
